Hello. As a staffing agency, we're trying to improve our interview evaluation form to make it more effective for the hiring managers. What are the best practices? Can you please share some professional and effective samples?

Dear member,

If you search Google, you will get a good number of interview evaluation forms. Choose the one that suits you most.

However, the "one-size-fits-all" interview evaluation form may not work. Therefore, in the evaluation form, leave a blank for competency. The marks for the competency tested can be written after the interview.

However, there are inadequacies to this method as well. A few companies create customised job applications. Rather than going through the CVs of the candidates, screening customised applications is easier and it saves time also. This will help you in adding an appendix in the evaluation form to write the remarks for the competency tested in the interview.
