Hi Seema,

If the candidate is female, please follow the best salary structure:

Basic+DA: 10000*12 = 132000

HRA (40%): 52800

Conveyance (20%): 26400

Food bills: 1000*12 = 12000

Telephone bill: 1000*12 = 12000

Laundry bill: 1000*12 = 12000

PF (employee): 1200*12 = 14400

PF (employer): 1200*12 = 14400

This will be a tax-free salary (you can add it to bonus + LTA) as per the company policy.

Please call me for full details at 9958404503 / 9899775578 (011-22450753) or visit [Global Overseas - Home - Compliance Audit, ISO certification, BFSI Audit, Export, Gem, Jewellery, chemical Industry](http://www.globaloverseas.in) or email [info@globaloverseas.in](mailto:info@globaloverseas.in).

Dear Uday,

Please address the following doubts:

1. You mentioned Basic > 45% on Gross, but the actual Basic is 41%.
2. How do we determine if HRA should be 40% when in some organizations, it is set at 50%?
3. How should we determine the following heads: Other Allowance, Performance Allowance, Conveyance?

Kindly provide clarification on the above queries.

Regards,
Sandeep
