Can anyone give me a salary structure for 20k as the gross salary? What will be the components and at what percentage? Kindly help. It's urgent.
On CTC, 30% of the basic is allocated, with 50% of the basic going to HRA, and fixed amounts set for medical at 1250 and conveyance at 800 as per company standards. The remaining amount is considered as VTA/Other. Additionally, PF is set at 12% of the basic, and gratuity at 4.81% of the basic.
Here is a breakdown of the components:
- Basic: 6000/-
- HRA: 3000/-
- Medical Reimbursement: 1250/-
- Conveyance: 800/-
- VTA: 7941/-
- PF: 720/-
- Gratuity: 288/-
Total Gross Salary: 20000/-
