Hi HRs. I want to know the salary breakdown structure in India. For e.g. my monthly salary is Rs16000/-. How can I calculate the Basic, HRA, DA, Medical & other allowance from it. Please help.

Dearness Allowance = Rs. 2,400/-
House Rent Allowance = Rs. 3,200/-
Conveyance Allowance = Rs. 1,400/-
Medical Reimbursement = Rs. 1,250/-
Education Allowance = Rs. 200/-
Special Allowance = Rs. 1,150/-
