I sincerely agree with your view as even am working for Corporate Recruitments...Though V have a huge database available with us..V still hire outside consultants for internal hiring...So v say there is Cost cutting going in market but still management wants to go with heavy N xpensive budget.........it goes out of my way to understan......................................... .........:confused:
