I'm Rajeswari Shankar from Chennai, I would like to start a new hr consultancy for that i just need an complete information from legal procedures to documents needed for consultancy. Happy to see your reply. I'm having 3 yrs of work experience in one man power consultancy. I was specialized in IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Real estate and hospitality and other sectors. I'm also having contact with HR's so its not an issue for me to source a candidates or getting clients. Even i have an own huge resume database of candidates so that i can manage without getting naukri, monster, etc for few months i can able to manage with this. I'm having manpower also to run a start up consultancy.
Therefore i can able to run a consultancy successfully, i just need a procedures and legal formalities to set up an consultancy and need an agreement copies between clients and candidates like that all internal things. Also need a sample budget plan to start a consultancy.
I'm sure that you understand what exactly i need from you guys. Can you help me out for this, it may be helpful for me.
