Dear All, I would kindly request the members to help me out. I have been assigned an internal audit assignment within my company. Can someone please provide me with the ISO 9001-2008 quality management system manual and the forms used while doing the audit i.e. Findings report template, nonconformities report template, audit report template? 1.A knowledgible person on ISO standards is required tofirst prepare the necessary documentation tailored to the company operations
2.The procedures and systems documented have to be then implemented companywide wih the help of various managers.
3Once the procdures have been implemented and you are sure that employees are following these satisfactorily,an internal auit has to be carried out by a trained auditor(this cannot be done by inexprienced employees).
The above normally requires aassistance from an experienced onsultant.

How can you do an Internal Audit based on getting a QMS manual from elsewhere! Even if you get it, you will not be able to do it without getting trained on the fundamentals of Auditing. Please do not use shortcuts and do not attempt with little or no knowledge.
Hence, first get yourself trained and certified as an Internal Auditor. It does not cost much.
