Dear Mr Jayaraman K,
Spreading awareness of lean manufacturing is a good idea, nevertheless, it would have been better if you had shared your own experience of implementation of lean manufacturing practices. Your own case study would have appealed more than question and answer session. Such material is abundantly available on internet as such and what is missing is personal experience. You could have filled this void.
Thanks,

Dear Sriwidh,
It is nice of you to have brought out a set of Q&A on Lean Management. The first half is very relevant to lean management. However in the second half there are different topics from TQM (Total Quality Management) like Kanban, PDCA, SA 8000, JIT, ISO systems etc. All these topics from TQM result in Continuous Improvement and improved efficiency. Hence they deserve a separate mention.
Thanks for your post.
