Dear Jagdish,

You are taking a challenging task really. All your topics, with this much jorgan and management concepts it's very difficult for the small kids to understand first of all. To start with you should be aware of basic age related psychology of these kids as to what are all they could learn. This I suggest you should consult the teachers handling these classes/kids, they are better advisers. Secondly, the kids seldom understand your theory on all these topics. Will it be possible for you to prepare some teaching tools associated with your concepts ? At this age the kids could easily learn things through simulated explanations, audio visuals (not theoretical) presentations, by robotics or by rhymes or skits, films correlating the concepts. There are a few companies who teaches kids with the help of robotics who could be tried. May be kids from 8-10th std can pick up these concepts whereas 6-7 it's going to be difficult. I'm not sounding you negative but only try to share my thoughts on this. Experts in the field are there to contribute to help our member with their ideas.

As Kumar has said, "challenging".
Teaching children is totally different to training adults. It requires a totally different mindset.
If you are not a trained primary or secondary school teacher, then this is going to be difficult.
I am curious to know firstly, why these schools are looking outside, and secondly, why they are not engaging trained teachers well versed in dealing with children.
Some of the topics you have mentioned may be way above what children of this age can understand.
If you are to proceed with this project, then working cooperatively with the class teachers is a must, as they know the children best, and can advise on the best approach to take.
Please revisit this thread later to tell us what happened, how you went about it, and what were the results.

You have got an golden opportunity to explore your training skills. All the best. As I have been working as a teacher and also training students on writing skills till date, it is quite interesting to work with children.
Please focus mainly on time management and focus on quality management of time. Help them to know how to keep their spirits high and manage stress and the importance of playing in the ground and maintaining healthy relationship between classmates. Teach them the worthiness of good language and manners.
