Hi all,
As i said earlier I am working in a pvt ltd co in Bombay and forcefully transferred in HR dept from admin dept. Now its very much difficult for me to work without less knowledge. I have studied few rules of leaves by reading books or on net.. Also, i refer shops & establishment book for other requirements related to staff. But this is not updo the mark. I would like to have full knowledge in HR systems. But major problem is my office timings are not allowing me to do any part time diploma. Being a married woman it is very difficult also to attend the classes in weekend.
Can anybody suggest me any online courses with certificate or any correspondence courses/diploma in HR or any other course related to labour management based in bombay? Pls inform
Thanks & Regards

hi all,
My name is sneha.I am a student and I have just given my T.Y exams. I have done ma TY in psychology and planning to do MA but at the same time also planning to do dimploma in HR from wellingkar university. But the fact that it does not feature in the top 5 universities of mumbai for doing HR,makes me vary about applying to this university. Can anyone advice me on the same.

C,
Its all about stratergies.....
Let me be practical and explain...
doing a MBA through corrospondence will not provide more weightage on ur resume...so the best tradeoff would be doing a executive MBA...i guess Welingkar offers the course and its pretty good.
S.O,
Dont worry much about college....if u r worryin so much then Symbi @pune would be better option any time.

I would advise going through Symbiosis College if pursuing correspondence. At the same time, please consider working simultaneously because in today's market, having experience is beneficial. If you have experience, it is reasonable to opt for correspondence education. However, if you lack experience and rely solely on your correspondence MBA to seek jobs, you may need to compromise on either salary or job designation. Regards, Vidisha

Hi,

As I said earlier, I am working in a private limited company in Coimbatore and was forcefully transferred to the HR department from the admin department. Now, it is very difficult for me to work without sufficient knowledge. I have studied a few rules on leaves by reading books or online. Additionally, I refer to the Shops & Establishment Act for other staff-related requirements. However, this is not up to the mark. I would like to gain full knowledge in HR systems.

Can anybody suggest any online courses with certificates or any correspondence courses/diplomas in HR or any other courses related to labor management based in Coimbatore? Please inform.
