I worked with a financial company, and there is a misunderstanding by the employer. He gave me a suspension letter 25 days ago, but until now, there has been no communication regarding the outcome or any intimation for rejoining.

Now, please suggest what I should do. My senior advised me to resign. I am considering resignation, but I am unsure if the company will accept it. Will the company provide me with a relieving letter after my resignation?

Do not tender resignation while you're still under suspension for whatever reason. As your suspension continues for 25 days and more, the management may have some intention or other to conduct a domestic enquiry on some charges of misconduct to be framed against you. If the management conducts the enquiry without paying any subsistence allowance as per the Standing Orders or service regulations applicable to you, the entire disciplinary proceedings would get vitiated in Judicial Review later. Therefore, it is not advisable to resign when you are still under suspension or any disciplinary action is pending against you.
