1. Sir, you have not indicated whether you and your family members have got yourselves photographed as per directions of the appropriate branch office of ESIC to which you are attached. If so, you may contact the said Branch Office of ESIC or write to the appropriate Regional/Divisional Office of ESIC.
2. You can also ask your employer/HR concerned to intimate the position of your/your family member's ESI Pehchan Card.

Sir,
I am writing to inform you that your family members have had their photographs taken as per the instructions provided before January 2014 at the Sealdah branch office of ESIC, to which you are attached. If so, you may contact the said branch office. We are not aware of this issue as I am employed under Team lease. Therefore, I went to check the status of my ESIC smart card (4114284409), but it has not arrived. I am wondering why this is the case. What could be the reason for the delay?
