Try some other key word , I think profile you are looking is for executive assistance, you can try this or any other word which closely defines job.
You can use basic search also rather than advance search.

Today 'Office Asst' is labeled to people who do out door duties especial office boys or less profile job. Now normally its designated as Back Office.... SO try for 'Back office' search.

If your search is for clerical cadre you may pl. try Executive/Executive assistant/Admin Assistant/Asst-HR etc., Sure, you would get it. While you search pl. be specific as to what is the criteria you would prefer-such as Localites,Additional qualifications/skills you want them to have.-All the Best!
