What is your designation? How do employees work in your company? What is the nature of your industry?
HR SOPs need to be customized. Requirements differ from one company to another and one industry to another. Therefore, what is applicable to others may not be applicable to you. For this, I recommend studying the systems of your company, understanding the company-specific requirements, and then designing the SOPs.
Lastly, some feedback about your post itself. In your post, the heading is longer than the main body. This is against the principles of business writing. You could have checked the basic rules of business writing or at least other posts on how these are written.

What you are asking for is the SOP for HR. There are plenty of samples on the net; you can Google for it. I don't think members here can give you their personal company SOP as it could get them in trouble. If you are capable of understanding and modifying the SOP, go ahead and do it. Else, take the help of experts and consultants to get it done properly.
