I want to know which specialization you have chosen for work and which area you would like to pursue. If you choose HR, you can opt for a 1-year diploma in eHRM, SHRM, Labor Laws, etc., or explore software ERPs like SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle HRM, etc.
For Marketing, experience plays a vital role, and you can also consider courses in International Business, Export, and Import.
As Mr. Mudassar Shaikh mentioned, gaining experience and knowledge are crucial.

Then, keep on doing short courses one after the other. There are a lot of consultancy companies offering short courses. Alternatively, you may take the services of a career coach.
