I jus wanted to know that everyday marking of the attendance should have to be through the signature of the CL(contract labour). Is there any other way through which attendance can be marked.We are trying bio metric but as the finger prints are not clear enough we are thinking of alternatives..Need hepl

This is not a replacement for time cards that need to be signed by the supervisor or a replacement for the muster roll for regular employees. These are prescribed formats and tools for enhancing productivity and data accuracy.

I have suggested that the contractor begin conducting internal audits on attendance management and related issues every two weeks. This will help prevent any instances of non-compliance.
