Dear Rajesh,

If I understand correctly, your attendance policy dictates that a WO cannot be taken between two absences. If one is absent on either side of a WO, they will be marked absent for that WO as well.

If so, please find attached an Excel sheet with a macro that will tabulate the same for you. All you need to do is enter the data in the format and click on the button in the top-left corner.
