Employee productivity is a complex phenomenon. It relies on various factors such as the motivation of workers, the culture of interdependence and cooperation, the quality of raw materials, the standard of machinery they use, the leadership qualities of managers, their job knowledge, remuneration meeting market standards, and more.

Your next step should involve conducting time and motion studies. Additionally, analyze the reasons behind the generation of scrap and determine the cycle time for each process. Evaluate the layout of the factory as well.

Productivity in real terms will go up only when the speech is matched by actions at ground level. The reason why HR incurs the displeasure of the employees is that they make tall promises and do precious little to keep them. Please guard yourself against such lapses and try to translate the promises into reality.

I agree with the above suggestions. Predicting what engages people and what enhances productivity is very standardized and needs more construct.
