Casual Leave is not mandatory.Only Earned Leave ie PL is mandatory.
If the the Management decided, they can give otherwise not mandatory.

I am working in an IT company. There, we provide 12 casual leave and 6 sick leave annually. Now, suppose my ex-employee is not well, and he will be on leave for 8 days. It would be counted as sick leave, and his remaining leaves will be deducted from his salary. Please suggest.
