Dear Ananth,
I am willing to train your staff on SOFT SKILLS & SELLING SKILLS at throwaway prices because I want to convey a message to those who are in the SALES DOMAIN. Don't allow your SALES TEAM to deliver FALSE PROMISES or COMMIT to something to your customers which you can't fulfill.
- BROADBAND INTERNET SERVICES offered by RELIANCE are horrible as they failed to keep up their promises.
- AIRTEL & RELIANCE SALES TEAMS are not synchronized with their TECHNICAL TEAMS.
- AIRTEL & RELIANCE SALES TEAMS are not CUSTOMER-FOCUSED as they only want to ACHIEVE THEIR SALES TARGETS.
- RELIANCE is collecting UPFRONT MONEY just because they are scared that their customers will not remit payment due to POOR BROADBAND INTERNET SERVICES.
The CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT does not have adequate data pertaining to the Customer.
Most of the time, the CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT fails to retrieve data from their server due to TECHNICAL ISSUES. Is this the way these companies are supposed to OPERATE?
Henceforth, Customers are cheated by FALSE PROMISES and COMMITMENTS made by the SALES TEAM, which they FAILED TO KEEP UP.
If these companies are generating huge revenue by CHEATING CUSTOMERS, then they are unfit to be a SERVICE PROVIDER. This will only happen in INDIA...
