i have completed mba with dual specialization in hr nd marketing nd worked as hr consultant for 2 years.now am planning to pursue a career in teaching,so planning to write ugc net.i am confused whether to select code:17-management or code:55 hrm..plz help me out...i would like to teach bba nd mba...

Its totally ur wish..You should go with the subject in which u have a good grasp..
You yourself are the one to answer it better.
You have worked as hr consultant, so we can assume you have a sound knowledge in hr practices.., so it would be much easier for you to culture Hr knowledge base..but again as i said its ur strength., you should know better..

Hello, I just want to suggest that you should select Management (code-17) because it has more scope. If you select HR, then your scope will become narrow. If you select Management, then you can work in strategic management, HR, marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, and economics. In the case of HR, you can only work in HR. If there are no vacancies in colleges for HR subjects, you may not be able to get a job. However, if you are NET qualified in Management, you can secure a job in many different subjects.
