Hello Everyone,
One of the requirements to submit in MBA School is a "strategic Management" based on personal view.
I am struggling doing this because to be honest, the business is just new and the management is not yet well established. To give you an idea, business industry is contruction/engineering.
We are required to submit atleast 20 pages of the company Strategic management.
We do have mission, vission which I made by myself only and approved by the boss. I dont know what more should I do into it..
