I have chosen "Inherent Risk (IR) Audit on safety and compensation" as my project topic in the field of HR.

Now my project guide has asked me to change the topic and make it more specific to IR aspects in the field 0f HR. My project deadline is very near and I am desperately looking for guidance on the topic, its meaning and scope. How can I change the topic to make it better and suit the instructions of my guide?

I will be very grateful to receive tips and help from the esteemed members of this cite.

dear tsram289, it is better to choose the hr audit not an ir audit .or if it is not possible then you have to choose the anyother topic.

Mr.Ram,
This is robin, we dont have audit for IR activities, literaly speaking can create IR audit is possible, eg- can audit statutory compliance in factories like maintainance of statutory registers pertaining to inspectors of Factories,like pressure vessels, clealiness, health and safety audit, welfare audit, environment etc.
