Hello,

Would you mind learning the basics of business writing? How can you write "girls" in your ad?

Your first sentence should have read: "Archint Designs is looking for women candidates who are smart in handling the front desk and are professionally qualified in graphic designing".

Thank God you are in India and not in some Western country, lest you would have ended up getting sued for gender bias.

Greetings,

I agree with Divekar. When you are hiring for your organization, you would require people not just to work for it but also to respect it. It can become very challenging when your sentence formation is incorrect. The message you wish to communicate could completely go wrong and portray a very disturbing picture of you.

Hope you would consider our suggestions.

Hello,

I had suggested that you write "women candidates." However, you have written "female," which is also not considered professional. Male and female are biological differences that should not play a role in a corporate setting. In India, the term "female" is widely used, but it does not align with international standards.

Anyway, ignorance is bliss, so let us just accept it!
