Hi friends its Really difficult to get a job for a Fresher in MNC's than consultancies, does anyone would like to comment on this because i need to know. To be frank its of no use doing a live project as per the university for the one who really aims to prove him self in MNC's. The best example is me.

As per my knowledge very few MNC hire freshers as trainees, because getting into management sectors needs lot of knowledge and experience so they give preference only if you have 3+ experience.

My friend, you are right. I did my MBA from Pune University, and after completing the course, I realized how difficult it is to get into an MNC as a fresher. Unless it is a very reputed college, you can get through as a management trainee; otherwise, you end up doing a recruiter job in some consultancy, the experience of which is not given much weightage anywhere. Otherwise, you have to be very lucky!
