There are number of opportunities in HR for freshers as well as experienced candidates but the companies are not in a position to recruit and train the candidates in the concerned areas. so they are seeking the candidates those are already trained in the core HR area particularly documentations, law relations, statutory compliances, along with statutory & non-statutory approaches.

I find the above statement paradoxical. Nevertheless, it is true that there are few opportunities for Freshers in HR at the moment. But with India's economy expected to pick up soon, one can anticipate overall surge in job openings and subsequently, job openings in HR.
If one is keen on HR only, then the option of working with a reputed manpower consultancy is always open. However, one can search for a job in operations in various companies.
