I am new to this forum, so I would like to introduce myself. I am Ayeda Ravindran, and I run a Stress and Performance Management Coaching and Training practice in Bangalore. The unique difference in this practice is that it is completely energy-based and, therefore, yields much faster results than traditional therapies or lifestyle changes. I have trained employees in a few large organizations as well as worked with individuals through in-house sessions, for which I have received excellent feedback. One of the reasons I believe this feedback is so positive is because the techniques and tools that I use empower individuals to take their lives further.
