Dear Mr. Anil Kumar Challapalli,
You have received all the suggestions for a winning interview. I also want to give you some general suggestions:
Dress formally for the interview, preferably in dark trousers and a light shirt. Ensure you have proper perfume, aftershave, mouthwash, shoes, and a smile. Wear clothing that you are comfortable in.
Prepare a mental note of questions and answers. Practice and revise them; you will need to answer them repeatedly.
Always answer diplomatically, avoiding strong words. Do not express strong likes or dislikes.
Be honest (but not blunt) so you can respond to follow-up questions. Soften your honesty with tactful language to avoid bluntness.
In the strengths and weaknesses section, present your weaknesses in a way that showcases them as strengths.
Be flexible and open. Rigidity is not favorable in an interview.
All the best,
Shweta
