There is a ton of stuff here on CiteHR regarding soft skills training. This question has been asked a million times before. Use the Download box at the top of the page. John in Oz

Actually, in holding a training, first, you should know what is needed. This can be identified through Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Once you have conducted the TNA and obtained the results, you can develop the program based on your data. When it comes to selecting the activities, of course, you should provide the appropriate games tailored to their specific needs.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Hi, I tend to agree with Geir Karim. However, if you have already gone through such a process, i.e., have well-defined training needs in front of you, you can visit businessballs.com to access a variety of training games, activities, models, and related information.

What are soft skills ? How to learn? First understand it, now you have to read others mentality to understand him/her. Automatically you are in a position to teach it. Thanks & Regards.

Dear aussiejohn & geri.karim,

I completely agree with you both. But with due respect, let me also highlight that at times we don't get much time to search because of work pressure. That's why we seek advice or help from others. So if we have any information handy, we should always share it. If you share your knowledge or information with others, you are not losing anything. However, it is just how I think. Nothing personal.

Dear all, I really don’t know the reason behind the repeated post... Please do check with the forum using the search tab and then post the query/question.
