Kindly help regarding - "Every Welfare Officer shall submit to the Chief Inspector of Factories, Uttar Pradesh through his employer a monthly return by the 15th day of every month, in respect of welfare work performed by him during the previous month (Under UP Factories Welfare Officers Rule-1955).
Please share the related format for the submission of the Monthly return (Labour Welfare Officer) as I have mentioned above. I request all seniors kindly to look into it and do the needful. Waiting for your prompt response.
