Dear Sir/Madam,
Please clarify in Unified Labor Return in the Shram Suvidha portal. While filing man-days worked, do we take both normal hours of work and overtime hours multiplied by 2 to reach the actual man-days worked, or show only normal mandays of 8 hours?

While inputting "Mandays worked," we need to only enter the "Number of Present Days" during the tenure. This is not linked to the "Number of Paid Days."
Days paid for days off, holidays, leaves, etc., must be excluded if not worked or present.
In the case of overtime, only one day will be considered.
