Dear all,

I have completed my MHRM in Human Resources and am currently working as a welfare officer in a garment export company in Noida, Uttar Pradesh for the past 5 years. Please suggest whether I am eligible for this designation or not. I am responsible for overseeing first aid, fire safety, medical concerns, committees, grievances, etc.

Please provide your feedback, friends.

Regards,
Archana

In most of the State Rules, a degree with Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management or Social Work/ MSW/ LLB with Labour Law as an elective is given as an essential qualification. Please check if a master's in HRM is equivalent to MSW and your state rules in this regard.
