As per the Rajasthan Labour Department circular dated 24th October 2017, the labor department under the Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP-17) for Ease of Doing Business has stated that the establishments under the Rajasthan Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, 1958, which have made an application to get registered under the act, will be subjected to inspection under the mentioned Act only after registration is obtained.
