I have 3 years of experience in recruitment in the BPO industry and a total experience of around 5 years in BPO. I want to pursue a career in HR. I will complete my graduation in sociology by November 2013 and plan to do PGDHRM from Symbiosis through distance education. I am eager to start working in the HR field. How can I go about it?

Thank you for your reply, Keshav. I've gone through the links; pretty helpful. I actually stopped working in HR in 2009 and have been voluntarily unemployed since July 2012. Now, I want to once again get back into HR, specifically recruitment.

I also want to know if there are any courses, long-term or short-term, that could help me reinitiate myself into the recruitment process and improve my skills.
