Dear All,

I have completed my MBA in HR from SMU distance learning and am currently working as an Admin Assistant. I have 2 years of experience in HR, including 1 year as a recruiter in a consultancy and 1 year in an administrative role.

I am considering pursuing an industrial and labor law course through distance education. Could you please advise if this would be a suitable choice and if the certification would be valid?

Thank you.

If you ask me I’d say you already have an MBA. Better understand the practical aspects in labour laws - PF, ESI etc rather than enrolling in a one year course. Best!
