Hi,
Apart from that, you should have knowledge on registration and periodical returns of statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, PT, and TDS. This includes preparation of salary structures, framing organization policies, motivating employees, having knowledge of training, and understanding the recruitment process. Since you already possess knowledge in recruitment, you might have a good understanding. However, please note that the process of recruitment can vary between consultancy and organization.
Thank you.
