A) Get in touch with theBest perfomers on the floor.
B) Ask them about the Knowledge & skills Related difficulties they face on the Floor.
C) Most probabely you will find them facing a problem in rmembering the numbers or shuffeling between the scenarios on a
call.
D) Catagorise these points collected from agents & floor managers on a Document TNA format attached with scoring.
E) Prepare your TNA form on the basis of same and then use it to get the details from All the people in operational units e.g.
agents floor managers.
F) Once you are done sit with the quality team and analyse how crucial the points are based on the scoring helping the
process to improve and henve providing indepth idea on the trainings you should foccus on
G) Now design your curriculum based on the findings.
