Please find attached the job profile for a full-time strategic HR resource for us. Alternatively, we are also looking for a full-time recruiter who will help us in the expansion of our new and ambitious project.

A brief history & profile of the company
Buzzworks is a 10-year-old company with offices in Mumbai, NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad & Bangalore.
Our two main businesses are software & services. We share strong relationships with principals in the BFSI and telecom domains and are looking to further growth in the FMCG & Consumer goods sectors in the coming years. We raised our first round of private equity funding in the 3rd quarter of FY 2010 and are looking to list on an Indian stock exchange in the coming months.

To fuel our growth plans, we are currently looking for a full-time HR manager as a resource. The incumbent’s brief JD and KRA’s are:

JD
Recruiting middle managerial and entry-level resources for the software and services teams with special emphasis on organizational, profile & compensation fit with candidates. Will report to business heads directly for requirements & liaise with recruitment agencies if required.
Hiring candidates from a selected pool. Onboarding including joining formalities, reference checks, background checks, and employee account setups.
Training all staff in soft skills like business communication, time management, etc., on Saturdays or enabling this training organization-wide.
Communication Ensuring that two-way communication happens between the organization and its stakeholders on a regular basis through a mix of online & offline communication. This could include but is not limited to company-wide mailers, calendars, off-sites, town halls, conference calls, employee satisfaction surveys, suggestion & idea campaigns, etc.
Performance Management Lay down a framework for expected performance from each employee for each job description. Make sure that monthly reporting on adherence to metrics is compiled & sent to the board of directors as well as the business heads.
Policy Recommendation on leaves, holidays, sabbaticals, exit procedures, etc.
Salary & Benefits Administer as well as track Salaries, loss of pay, attendance, and statutory requirements as per the law of the land.
Team Building through a mix of fun @ work, cross-pollination, challenge-based & other activities that make sure teams are in sync with the company's overall goals.

KRA
80% of recruiting wishlist to be in place, both on profiles as well as people asks.
