Dear Fatima, Salary structure remains the same as the commission comes in "extra pay" or "other pay" included in the salary statement.

Hi,

You can establish a designation-wise salary grade system where incentives are paid based on an individual's work performance. For example, a salesperson could be classified as Grade 4, with Grade 4's salary ranging from a minimum of 10,000/- to a maximum of 15,000/-. Incentives can be paid either according to the grade or based on work performance.
