I would like to know if a salesperson is getting 25,000 per month and also receiving monthly incentives, so my CMD's question is whether he won't provide the bonus as he is giving incentives per sale. Is the 8.33% calculated from the gross or the basic salary? I believe it may be from the basic salary. Additionally, I would also like to understand the proper leave policy for four-wheelers.
