Hi Ms. Gayatri,
Greetings.
It is too much to expect a reply to your question within 5 hours. Please remember that most people are preoccupied with their daily routine. OK. By the way, I believe you are from Chennai. For HR freshers, you can start from 8K per month, and for one year of experience, it can be Rs. 10K per month. Under the present context, this may be correct, but I am not sure these people will stick to the present job for even at least 1 year.

Dear Gayathri,
Rather than focusing solely on salary as a fresher, prioritize the opportunities for learning that a new job can provide. It is essential to gain practical knowledge in HR functions before placing too much emphasis on salary. Even if the offered salary ranges between 5K to 6K, consider accepting the position if it offers significant learning opportunities. Invest your time in mastering the profession thoroughly. Commit to staying with a company for 2 to 3 years that will yield rewarding returns in the future.

The salary for a fresher or someone with 1 to 2 years of experience is very difficult to determine. It depends on the candidate's qualifications and the nature of the company, as it can vary from the manufacturing industry to hospitality or software development companies.
Kindly specify the type of industry and the qualifications of the candidate so that we can provide more accurate information.

Dear Gayatri,
There are many parameters for salary fixation, such as city, minimum wages, industry, education (institute), etc. In addition to that, you need to be aware of the salary range of other similar companies. Once you have all this information, you can easily determine the appropriate salary.
