Happy to help a prospecting proprietor. Starting a company is similar to cultivation. Like how we choose our crops in the below way, we should choose our business.

1. One-time plantation, one-time crop

2. One-time plantation long-term seasonal crop

3. Hybrid with seasonal and long-term crops, so and so forth.

The option 3 is the best for fittest and long-term survival. Nevertheless, the choice of 1/2/3 depends on some of the below factors. But initial profits should be redirected towards enriching our business instead of glorifying our luxury.

1. Budget

2. Capability

3. Suitable climate

4. Resources

5. Potential for profit

One should have clarity on one's business mission. That clarity can be made a punch line and it drives us to become strong. Observe some of our plants that sustain thousands of years; they will grow into a huge tree and then they will start fruit-bearing, until then they will enrich themselves with all possible resources to become strong. If they think to bear fruit when they are still tender shoots, probably they would have perished by now. Similarly, we should have a long-term, multi-focused, top-quality business mission, and it should reflect in terms of the name of the organization, its policies, ethics, processes, practices, and every aspect of the company should be in tune with our business mission with a tint of ethics. Even the choice of ethics should be apt as to what is required; being overly ethical is also dangerous, so judge the ethics too. If our plants won't follow some of the ethics like bearing the seeds in their fruits, will their creed exist today; similarly, there should be some amount of profit set aside for the development of the employees, which in turn can be profitable for the company to expand its footprint. Likewise, a tree can be a perfect motivator for us to become a great company, most wanted by many.

You can choose your company name after clearly laying a long-term vision for your business. Today, tomorrow so many companies are emerging, but the one with a long-term vision and mission will for sure sustain and expand.

I wish you all the best and hope you will adopt this tree philosophy.

Regards

Shyam
