You may be aware that Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is one of the largest Social Security Organisations in the world that provides comprehensive social security to more than Forty Million employees and their family members in India. EPFO is consistently taking efforts to improve the service delivery to its members. To achieve this goal, we are initiating steps to introduce ‘eRAPS” (EPFO Receipts and Payments Software) a comprehensive computerisation project developed with a pragmatic approach. In this regard, EPFO has to build up the member profile information (Form 2 Data) so that the details of members, their family and nominee particulars are readily available in the system. This will enable early settlement of claims including pension cases and also facilitate the organisation in areas like actuarial valuation. A software has been developed to capture the employee details and hosted in the home page of our Official Websites EPFO and www.epfochennai.tn.nic.in under the title “Attention Employers: Software for submission of Employee details to EPFO”. I request you to download the software and feed the employee details and furnish the data created in a CD/DVD by name to Shri. Raman Dhanasekar, Regional P.F. Commissioner(C&R) within one month. Sir,
The soft ware supplied by the PF department has some faults. Like for eg, the field width for name address does not allow big names to be entered.
In Bangalore the PF department has asked large employers to give the data in excel format and later on fill the software.
Take care while filling the data. Part data would be dangerous for the employee - like part name, part address and so on.

Presently PF Authority has asked Unexempted establishment to submit Members and Nominee details in soft copy online in the software provided by them.
This expects us to do data entry for each of the members ie Form 9 and Nomination details for PF and Pension.
Is there any way by which we can upload this information instead of doing entry one by one ?
Can any one help ?
