dear law does not prohibit clubbing of leaves ,it is company who decides these policies. so decide your self in this regard. tks js malik

Mr. Malik is right in saying so. Many companies combine PL, CL, and SL as it becomes easier to manage the leave records. We have done so in our company as well. We have grouped all PL, SL, and CL into EL, though the total number of leaves that an employee can take is less compared to other companies.
