Hi! Frnds
I am very confused about one query which my Sir has explained me about. It is about the leaves given to the employee's during their tenure.
Our Sir says that as we are giving our female employees the privilage of 90 ML do we really require to give them the No.of CL & SL which everyone is given. His calculation is that out of 365-90(ML)=275 days are that and in that we give CL, SL & PL that counts to 33 days. He say in a year 4 months just go away for leaves only, then what would be the productive and apart from this we work 5 days a week only.
I tried to explain him that we have to give the employees these leave by law. His concern for the organisation is rite but the employees get dissatisfied.
Could u all kindly guide me for wht i have to do now that it would be a win-win situation for both employees and organisation.
Thanks & Regards

Hi Chitra,
Please let you manager know that you can not compare and mix Maternity leave & Paternity leaves with CL, Sl, PL etc. Maternity and Paternity leave are completely seperate and have all different legal provisions than CL, SL and PL.
As soon he will undersand it better it would be for him and also for you.

Hi! Varun
I have already informed him about that but is not ready to accept this. He is looking only into the productivity, on which there is not effect due to these leaves. The most worse thing is that he keeps on changing the policies at his conviences and the employees are getting angry and dissatisfied with this.
