hi,
as you told u have first staff meeting in your organisation, i wan to suggest you that you Should prepare an agenda for the meeting first, you can start the meeting with the self introduction of new joinees than the a brief discussion on the achievements of last 10 years,
The staff should be introduced to the benefits like insurance & health check ups they are getting in the organization.
There could be brief discussion company policies & employees can suggest on the current policies & guidelines. If you are in service industry then the staff should be guide to do the proper use of resources they are having in company.
You can give some rewards like “Employee of the Month” & can encourage the staff to do their job sincerely you can ask for their suggestions, query & complaints, if you want in the end you can have an “employee satisfaction survey “ for that you have to prepare a format / form which employee can fill & can give their feed backs
I hope all this will help you.
All the very best for your staff meeting.

Hi Poonam,
Hope you are doing well!
Feeling some nerves for your first staff meeting? Well, I fully agree with Bhawana; you can present such items. I suggest creating a presentation that discusses the company's history, major achievements, employees who have excelled in the last 10 years, new company policies, and upcoming events for the year 2022.
It's important to include awareness points like filing IT returns, any new processes being implemented, and more, as it's the right time for that as well.
You can include a lot of such items. Hope your presentation goes well. Let us know how it turns out.
Best Regards,
Frank Welsh

Hi Pinkii,
Poonam, you can also announce a staff picnic in the coming week as you will be celebrating completing 10 years with us. This is a very big deal, and moreover, this is your first staff meeting, so something great should happen. If not a picnic, you can arrange some ice-breaking games or something similar. Titles like "Best Employee" or "Mr. Punctual" can be given to those who have contributed positively to our processes or organization, making them easier or more distinctive. Furthermore, someone who has been with the company for more years should be rewarded.
I hope this suggestion helps you. All the best.
Regards,
Pinkii 😊

Hi, Siva,
Please provide more information about the following:
What industry does the organization belong to?
How many people are currently employed in the organization?
Have you been generating good profits?
Has anyone served the organization for ten years or more?
How many hours will the meeting last?
Is there a budget allocated for this event?
I have one suggestion - let's refrain from discussing HR policies during this meeting as the occasion is to celebrate 10 years of success.
Thank you.

Well,
Give rewards for long service of 10 years. Decide the budget. Also, give 5-year awards if possible. Ask the senior most people, experience-wise, to share their feelings on the occasion. All these will take about 45 minutes. Make recent joiners give one or two short programs. End the day with small gifts to all. Decide a theme line for the 11th year and if possible, give T-shirts to all with this theme line. Have a great meeting.
