Hi Friends, Greetings!!

I am an HR Recruiter leading a concern in Chennai. I am handling headhunting activities but I don't have any idea about the headhunting process. How to proceed with headhunting? Or How to engage in headhunting conversations? Also, how to communicate with candidates during the headhunting process? Any tips or ideas you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to your replies.

Regards, Siva

Here is some useful information about employment branding.

Employment branding applies the same consumer branding principles of attracting and retaining customers to attracting and retaining top employees. It's a practice built on research that uncovers the strengths, weaknesses, and hidden elements of an organization's culture. It's a part of effectively assessing current candidates and top performers, and using unique messaging to attract the right talent. Knowing what makes your workforce tick, what engages it, and what will make it better is the foundation of defining an accurate brand, sourcing strategy, and career site—all of which play a vital role in maintaining and empowering your organization.
