Hi! I'm Joy Pravin. I would like someone to advise me regarding headhunting and the strategies used to find the right person. How would I handle a situation when I encounter a case where the candidate is not from my vicinity because studying the person thoroughly would be tedious? How do I approach a person? If an HR is going to pick up the call, I'll be in trouble, so how can I talk to him? There are so many questions running through my mind right now, but I'll ask them one by one once my spec is cleared in this.

Thanks

Thank you so much for the ppt. But as I am new to this, it would be great if you could be a little elaborate on each term that is used in the ppt.

Thanks and regards,
Joey
