I am asked to formulate new designations as per the promotions policy of our organisation. Pls help me in this. I need some guidelines and also employee designations for those who are MHA,MBA degree holders.
I also asked to define career ladder for them.

Are you from Healthcare Sector (AIIMS - is in your ID)?
I am also from a corporate hospital from South Delhi. Do let me how do you want to proceed in this regard. MHA & MBA’s would be placed department wise (like for Admin, HR, Marketing ...) or you want a general pool and designations accordingly?
