Mansi: you could look at doing a macro perspective study of potential of employment in healthcare in india and the gaps.
Look at parameters like- what is the current status of employment in healthcare, what are the education, skills needed to be employable, salary, career advancements....etc.
Depending on the time and effort you want to invest, you could take up 5-6 healthcare companies and do a comparitive study on them.
